 1-to-1 and group Personal Training available for all ages.

These sessions range from martial arts training, pad work, fitness, weight management, diet plans and nutrition programmes.

Each session is with a professional (optional) male or female instructor.

Clients will receive a personalised training programme including diet and nutritional plans.

Fitness testing also available on request, i.e., blood pressure, lung capacity, fat percentage monitoring etc.

60 min sessions can be booked for morning, afternoon or evening
