As the name implies, this is a mixture of martial art disciplines all combine into one including – Thai/Kickboxing, Boxing , BJJ & Karate.

The students will learn how to effectively use parts of their body for offence and defence like hands, feet, elbows, shins and knees.

Grappling is also used in the class where locks throws and submission are taught.

MMA is one of the best Martial Arts for Self Defence,  building Self-Discipline and improving Fitness.

Certificates are awarded according to progress.
