The academy was originally founded by Chief 5^th Dan Instructor Leo Nazar, back in October 2005 under the Shires Karate/Kickboxing Academy.   From November 2020, we started Lionheart Freestyle Academy, which is now based on Dunstable Road, in Bury Park.

Our facilities include, punch bags, speed balls and a ring.  We also use cardio equipment, kettle bells, battle ropes, slam balls and weights as part of our PT sessions.
